The home sits directly on Swan River, a saltwater inlet leading to Nantucket Sound, and has extraordinary water views. The family room has a cathedral ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan, and a triple slider leading to a huge deck as well as HDTV, DVD and stereo for entertainment. The separate living room has a baby grand piano and TV. The formal dining room is great for family gatherings. Ceiling fans are provided throughout.
